We provide refund or exchange only for the following cases:

- Wrong product sent
To be eligible, you must provide a proper and uncut opening video showing the full unpacking process from start to finish.
Without this video, no refund or exchange will be offered.
📅 Refund / Exchange Window:
You must request a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Requests after 2 days will not be accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Refund / Exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn, with all original tags.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- For damaged/missing/defective/wrong products: A full, uncut opening video is mandatory.

🚩 For Wrong Products Received:
If you receive the wrong product, you will need to send the product back to us using the cheapest available courier option from your end.
We will reimburse the return courier charges once we receive the product and verify the issue.
Please inform us before dispatching and share the courier receipt with us for reimbursement.
🚩 Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. For any of the following issues, contact us within 2 days with a proper opening video:
- Damaged item
- Defective product
- Wrong product received
- Missing item from your order
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items / discounted items
- Gifts
- Acrylic products

🔄 Exchanges:
For the fastest resolution:
Return the wrong/damaged/defective item first (after approval), and then place a new order for the correct product.
If you receive the wrong product, you will need to send it back to us using the cheapest available courier option from your end.
We will reimburse the courier charges once we receive and verify the product.

💸 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Additional time may be required by your bank/credit card provider to reflect the refund.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for wrong product returns).
- If more than 2 business days have passed after our approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
